This Privacy Policy describes how LaBounty Labs, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operating as Stagerize, collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services at stagerize.com (the "Service").

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign in through Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google.

Property Photos

You upload property photos to our Service for virtual staging. We store these photos along with any property details you provide (address, listing details) to deliver the staging results.

Payment Information

When you purchase credits, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or bank account details on our servers. We receive a record of your transaction (amount, date, last four digits of your card) from Stripe for billing purposes.

Usage Data

We automatically collect basic usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This helps us operate and improve the Service.

How We Use Your Information

• Providing the Service: We use your account information to verify your identity and process your photos to create staged versions.
• AI Processing: We send your photos to Google's Gemini API for staging. Only the photo data is shared with the AI provider — never your personal information.
• Payment Processing: We use Stripe to process credit purchases and manage billing.
• Communication: We may email you about your account, service updates, or respond to support requests. We will not send promotional emails without your consent.
• Service Improvement: We look at how people use Stagerize in aggregate to make the product better.

How We Share Your Information

We don't sell your personal information. Here's who we share data with:

• Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Google (authentication and AI processing), Cloudflare (image storage and delivery). Each operates under their own privacy policies.
• Shareable Galleries: If you generate a share link for a property, anyone with that link can view the staged photos and property name. Share links do not expose your personal information.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers in the United States. Photos and staged images are encrypted at rest on Cloudflare R2, and all data in transit uses HTTPS. We take security seriously, but no system is completely secure.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and property data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information, property data, photos, and staged images. Some data may persist in backups for up to 30 days after deletion.

Your Rights

• You can access and update your account information through your profile settings.
• You can delete individual properties and photos at any time.
• You can delete your entire account, which removes all your data from our systems.
• You can request a copy of your data by emailing us.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Children's Privacy

Stagerize is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
