Does the AI change my room?

No. Stagerize preserves every architectural detail — walls, floors, outlets, windows, and proportions stay exactly as photographed. We add furniture to the room. We don't alter the room itself.
Is virtual staging MLS compliant?

Virtually staged photos are generally allowed when they are disclosed and don't change the property itself, but rules vary by MLS and state. California, for example, requires a disclosure next to the image and access to the original. Stagerize keeps every staged image paired with its original, so you can label the staged photo and publish the original too. Check your MLS's rules before you publish.
How much does virtual staging cost?
