Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stagerize website and services at stagerize.com (the "Service"), operated by LaBounty Labs, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Stagerize provides AI-powered virtual staging for real estate professionals. You upload property photos and our AI generates staged versions of those photos with digitally added furniture and decor. The Service includes:

  • AI virtual staging of property photos
  • Multiple design style options
  • Shareable property galleries
  • Photo downloads

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not create accounts for others without their permission.

3. Photo Credits and Payments

  • The Service uses a photo credit system. One photo credit is consumed the first time a property is staged, and covers up to 12 photos for that property.
  • Photo credits are purchased through our platform via Stripe. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
  • Photo credits do not expire as long as your account is active.
  • Photo credits are non-transferable between accounts.
  • We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the staging results for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

4. Content Ownership

  • Your Photos: You retain full ownership of the property photos you upload. We do not claim any intellectual property rights to your original photos.
  • Staged Images: The staged images generated by the Service are yours to use for any lawful commercial purpose, including MLS listings, marketing materials, social media, and client presentations. We do not claim ownership of staged images or require attribution.
  • License to Us: By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your photos solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license ends when you delete the photos or your account.
  • Marketing License: For users who create accounts on or after April 14, 2026, you also grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt your uploaded photos and generated staged images, including before-and-after comparisons, in our marketing and promotional materials. This includes our website, product pages, social media, emails, sales materials, presentations, and advertisements. This license continues until you delete the relevant photos or your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Upload only property photos you have the right to use
  • Use staged images in compliance with applicable MLS rules and real estate regulations
  • Disclose virtual staging to buyers and clients as required by your local regulations
  • Not use the Service to create misleading or fraudulent property representations
  • Not attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Virtual Staging Disclaimer

Staged images are digital representations, not photographs of actual furnishings. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of staged images complies with applicable MLS rules, real estate advertising regulations, and disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction. Many jurisdictions require that virtually staged images be labeled as such and that unstaged originals be made available. Stagerize provides the before/after pairing to support compliance, but it is your responsibility to follow the rules that apply to your listings.

7. AI Processing and Output Accuracy

The Service uses third-party AI models (including Google's Gemini) to generate staged images. AI technology is inherently imperfect and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. Outputs may contain errors including but not limited to: altered room geometry, misplaced or unrealistic furniture, changes to architectural features, or other visual inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any AI-generated output.

You are solely responsible for reviewing all staged images before publishing, sharing, or using them in any listing, marketing material, or other context. All output images should be reviewed by a human before use. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, claims, or liabilities arising from the use of AI-generated images that contain inaccuracies or errors, including but not limited to misrepresentation claims, MLS violations, or buyer disputes.

Results depend on factors including photo quality, lighting, room conditions, and AI model capabilities. If you are unsatisfied with the staging results for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact us at [email protected] and we will process your refund promptly.

8. Team Accounts

If you invite others to your organization, you are responsible for their use of the Service. Organization administrators can manage member access, invitations, and photo credits. Photo credits belong to the organization, not individual users.

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through your account settings. When you delete your account, all of your personal data, properties, photos, and staged images are permanently deleted. Unused photo credits are forfeited upon account deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaBounty Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaBounty Labs, LLC and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or regulation.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes are effective constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with 30 days notice. In the event of termination for violation of these Terms, unused photo credits may be forfeited. In other cases, we will provide a reasonable refund of unused photo credits.
